Upton Heath and Acresfield represented Chester FC in the north west finals of this year’s National League Trust Under 11s Schools Cup, hosted by Marine FC.

The annual competition sees all 72 National League clubs host local tournaments, with the winning schools progressing to the regional finals for a place in the national final, which is played at Wembley Stadium.

On a fantastic day at Marine Travel Arena, Upton Heath gave an exceptional performance to win the mixed tournament and will now have the chance to test themselves in the next stage.

Acresfield also gave a fantastic account of themselves in the girls event, producing an impressive display.
