The Chester FC Football & Education Programme is aimed at young people who want to turn their passion for sport into a career, combining academic studies with coaching placements and football development in a full-time environment.

Delivered in partnership with Access Sport, the two-year course gives 16-18-year-olds the chance to complete a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Development & Coaching qualification, gain valuable coaching experience and take part in a football development programme.

Students will have opportunities to gain FA coaching qualifications, undertake real-life coaching placements and will be requipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to progress into employment or university.
