Chester FC Community Trust’s Christmas Holiday Club provided four fun-packed days for children during the festive break.
Supported through Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme that is funded by the Department for Education and Edsential, the club was primarily for school aged children who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Each day featured enriching activities with youngsters having the opportunity to try their hand at clay making with the Art Doctor, meet some unusual animals with Weird Science, create fantastic art with fresh fruit and vegetables with Mini Makery, and take part in gaming sessions with Adaptive Gaming, with children also receiving a free healthy breakfast and lunch.
Chester FC Community Trust would like to thank all of the children who attended and our providers for helping ensure the week was a big success.
