Chester FC Community Trust has an exciting role available for a full-time Apprentice Community Coach to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop and turn their passion for sport and energy into a career in coaching within an award-winning football club community organisation.

As an apprentice, you will assist in the delivery of a range of sport and community programmes including schools coaching and holiday courses. You will also support the planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects.

You will gain FA coaching certificates and undertake a bespoke training programme with our partners Sport Structures that includes the Level 2 Community Activator Coach Standard.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the skills, qualifications and experience to apply for permanent employment with Chester FC Community Trust or within the sports industry.

This role is for 30 hours per week and applicants will need to be flexible as this will include evenings, weekends and school holidays.

Candidates will ideally have GCSE Grade 4 (C) in English and Maths, and a coaching qualificaton or previous coaching experience, however this is not essential.
