Chester FC Community Trust is entering a exciting new chapter as we prepare for the move to King George V Sports Hub in early 2022.
This fantastic £1.8 million community sports facility, developed in partnership with Cheshire West & Chester Council, will become our new home and enable us to extend the reach and impact of our charitable work.
We are now recruiting for a Site Manager to join our team and oversee the operation of the sports hub.
This is a full-time permanent post for 37.5 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekend work will be neccesary.
You will ensure the successful, efficient, and safe operation of the 3G pitch and clubhouse, acting as the main contact for day-to-day operational issues with responsibility for service standards, maintenance, health and safety, line management of site assistants and developing the business to maximise income.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience of facility operations, budgets and managing staff and volunteers, be expected provide a high level of customer service and a good understanding of grassroots sport. Appointment will be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and a full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
