Vacancy: Sports Hub Facilities & Maintenance Officer

Chester FC Community Trust is recruiting a Facilities and Maintenance Officer to join our team and support the operation of our new home, King George V Sports Hub.

This fantastic community sports facility, developed in partnershop with Cheshire West & Chester Council, will open soon and includes a floodlit 3G pitch, grass pitches and two buildings.

The Facilities and Maintenance Officer will contribute to the safe opening of the site and assist in maintaining the facilities to the highest standard, including upkeep of the 3G pitch, grounds and buildings.

This is a permanent role for 30 hours per week on a shift patten which will include evening and weekend work. It is envisaged this post will include working two evening shifts and Saturdays.

Applicants will be expected to provide great customer service, a good understanding of grassroots sport and will ideally have previous experience. Appointment will be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and a full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
