Chester FC Community Trust visited Wealstone care home in Upton recently as part of a new project supporting older people in our communities.

Chester FC players George Glendon, Tom Peers, Harrison Burke, Dan Turner and Kurt Willoughby enjoyed meeting some of the residents and talking football over a cup of tea. We also donated a memory box containing programmes, photographs and match tickets that will be used to support residents with dementia.
