Community Trust supports World Mental Health Day 2024

October 10, 2024 Jim Green

Chester FC Community Trust is proud to lend its support to World Mental Health Day 2024.

Celebrated every year on 10 October, World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for us all to come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters.

The theme for 2024 is workplace mental health, highlighting the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

Chester FC Community Trust is committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of communities in Chester and Cheshire West, through offering positive activities for children, young people and adults, ranging from mental health football sessions to inclusive exercise groups, and our youth hub in Blacon to wellbeing walks. We also work to highlight and support the vital work of local mental health charities and agencies, including Platform for Life, Chapter, CWP NHS, and Spider Project.

If you’d like details about any of the programmes we offer, email community@chesterfc.com.
